How much time does it take to deliver the order?

We work with leading logistics partners in India to provide a seamless delivery experience for your jewellery. After order confirmation, we typically dispatch your order within 48 hours. Once dispatched, most deliveries are completed within 4-6 business days, varying based on your location. We strive to ensure a speedy and reliable delivery process to bring joy to your doorstep.

How can I track the status of myorder?

Once your order is shipped, you'll be notified over a text message, email, and even a WhatsApp message from us, complete with the details of our trusted delivery partner and your unique tracking ID.

Do you deliver pan India?

Absolutely! We deliver to almost all Pin-Codes across India, spreading happiness from north to south, east to west. To check if we can deliver to your address, simply head to the product page and enter your Pincode. We're here to bring our delightful products right to your doorstep. Happy shopping!

What happens if I am not available to collect the order

If you're unable to collect the order yourself, we would suggest you to please ask your neighbor to collect the order on your behalf. If that's not possible, you can ask the Delivery Executive to deliver the order to you on the following day. Please note that this is not an assured service and would depend solely on your interaction with the Delivery Executive

Can I change the address once the order is placed?

We understand that circumstances may change, but please note that once your order is received and processed, we may not be ableto change the address. While we will make every effort to assist you, please understand that this service is not guaranteed. We can try to put in a request with our delivery partner, but the final decision lies with them. If you need to modify your address or pin code, we recommend reaching out to care@silvenja.coimmediately, and we'll do our best to assist you. Your satisfaction is our toppriority!

The order was not delivered, but I received a message stating that it is. What should I do?

We sincerely apologies for this inconvenience. Please contact us through any of our support channels (Call/Email/Chat), and we will be glad to assist you. Kindly note that such instances require a thorough investigation by our logistics partner, which may take up to 6-7 Working days. We appreciate your patience during this process. Please note that we can onlyaccept such requests within 72 hours of the order being marked as delivered. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we're committed to resolving this matter swiftly.

Items are missing from my order, what should I do?

If you find any missing items, kindly contact us through any of our support channels (Call/Email/Chat) within 48hours of the order being marked as delivered.

We will gladly assist you and conduct a thorough investigation which will require a 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel for us to process the request further which may take up to 48 hours.Please note that insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering with the packet may result in your claim not being honored. In all such cases, the brand reserves the right to take the final decision.

What is your No Questions Asked return policy?

We are delighted to offer you a hassle-free shopping experience. We provide a 10-day return, refund, exchange and replacement policy starting from the delivery date.

Please note that the items must be returned in their original packaging and should not have been used. Silvenja reserves the right to process refunds after checking the returned items.

I didn't like the product. How can I return my order?

Please note that it takes up to 4 working days to get the return pickup done from your location. In case your return pick up is not done within 4 working days, please reach out to us on the support channel of your choice - calls/Emails/Chats

What is the refund procedure for returned orders?

We initiate the refunds within 48 hours of us receiving the product in our Warehouse.For Prepaid orders: Refunds are initiated directly to the original payment source. For COD orders: Refunds are initiated via a Razor pay Payout link, which we share with the customers who opted toreturn. Please enter the correct details in the link and choose the mode of accepting payment.

When will I get my refund for returned order?

Pre-paid Orders: Once the reverse pick-up is done and we receive the product in our warehouse, it takes up to 48hours to initiate a refund. You will be notified via email and SMS. Please note refund takes up to 7-10 working days for the refunded amount to reflect in your source account.

COD Orders: Once the reverse pick-up is done and we receive the product in our warehouse, it takes up to 48 hours toinitiate a refund. You will be notified via email and SMS. A Razorpay pay-out link will be shared, where you will have to fill in their account details. Please note it might take up to 24 hours for the refund to reflect in your account.

What happens if I want to return the product after the return window is closed?

We're very sorry but we do not accept returns after 30 days. However, in such an instance we've got you covered through our Warranty Policy. In case of any issues with the product like fading, breakage etc. you can reach claim a warranty (a feature available on Silvenja) and we will help you by replacing your product with a brand-new one

In how many days will my return be picked up?

It takes up to 4 working days to get the return pick-up done from your location, once the return request has been placed. In caseyour return pick-up is not done within 4 working days, please reach out to us on care@Silvenja.co

What is your Cancellation Policy?

You can cancel your order from our Website Silvenja. However, please note the cancellation window is open until your orderis processed. We won't be able to take the cancellation request post that.

I placed the order by mistake, how can I cancel it?

To cancel your order, kindly Follow the below steps: Firstly, Visit the Silvenja Website > Navigate to the Account/Profile section>Log in using your registered email address. Once logged in, you will be able to view your active order and find an option to cancel against your order ID if the order has not beenprocessed yet.

Payments & Refunds
What payment methods are accepted at Silvenja?

To provide you with a convenient shopping experience, we accept various payment options. You can pay for your order using credit cards, debit cards, cash on delivery (COD), bank transfer, UPI, and other major modes of payment.

What should I do if the payment is deducted but I haven't received the order confirmation?

After making the payment, please allow up to 10-15 minutes to receive an order confirmation email or text message. If you haven't received any confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us via call, email, or chat, and we will assist you further. If the payment has been received by us, we will manually create your order and ship it. However, if the amount has not reached us, the payment gateway will automatically refund the amount to your original payment source within 5-7 working days.

What is the COD limit?

You can choose a COD option on orders up to Rs. 10000. If your order amount is above this, please use a digital method of payment.

Where will I get the refund money for the returned order?

In the case of a prepaid order, you can avail refund to the source account.

In case of a COD order, you can avail refund in any bank account of your choice.

How many days will it take for the refund to reflect in my account?

All refunds are initiated from our side within 48 hours of Cancellation/Return delivered to our Warehouse. 

If you had placed a COD order, you will receive a Razorpay Payout link for your inputs and the amount will be credited instantly once your input is received.  

If you had placed a prepaid order, the amount will be credited to your account within 7 to 10 days of refund
initiation.

Is your jewellery made of pure silver?

Our silver jewellery is made of 925 silver which is the purest form of jewellery grade silver used to make jewellery worldwide. Every piece of jewellery comes with a 925 stamp and an authenticitycertificate, so you can be assured that you're buying a high-quality product.

Do you use natural diamonds?

No, we use lab-grown diamonds which are IGI/SGLcertified. Please note that lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds and are identical to natural diamonds and have the same chemical, optical, and physical properties as well as crystal structure, however, lab-grown diamonds are produced through cruelty-free and sustainable methods of production.

How do I take care of my silver jewellery?

Our silver jewellery is coated with rhodium which protects it from tarnishing or turning black and ensures long-lasting brilliance. 

Given below are a few caring tips to ensure proper care of your jewellery: 

- Store in the plastic zip-lock bag provided, if not in use for an extended amount of time 

- Keep away from perfumes, soaps, extreme temperatures or anything acidic 

- Keep safe from impact

Will my jewellery look the same as shown in the images?

We take utmost care to ensure the images on our website are representative of how our jewellery looks. However, some designs may look slightly different on account of lighting. In case you feel your jewellery doesn't match its image, please let us know at care@silvenja.co.

I have forgotten my account password, what should I do?

No worries! If you have forgotten your Silvenja account password, please go to the login screen and click on forgot password. Once done, please enter the email ID that you had registered your account with and a password reset link will be sent to your email ID. By clicking on this link, you can reset your password.

Are my personal details secure?

Absolutely! We treat customer privacy as our utmost priority! While we do not store any financial details (credit card, debit card, bank account numbers, UPI IDs etc), any personal data that we collect - name, email id, phone number or delivery address is kept secure and used only for the purposes of shipping your orders and providing certain order related updates. We will never share your data with any third party.
