Return policy: 
- 14 day return policy for all unused or unworn items.
- Returns will only be accepted if the product is returned in the original box with over invoice.
- The product should be new or in unused condition, if should not have any scratches,marks or damges.
- Any shipping charge (If paid) at the time of placing  the order are non refundable in case of returns.

Refund policy:
- In case you have requsted the return of any of your product, A refund is initiated to your original mode of payment.
- In case your order was placed in COD mode, our team will reachout to you for your bank account deatails.
- Where in we will process the refund. Please not that this process takes 5 to 7 days.
- Silvenja right to deny a refund if product doesn’t pass our quality check parameters.

Replacement:
- You can also avail replacement or exchange of your order.  Where you may face a size and fit issue are unsatisfied with the quality,
- We will dispatch the replacement withing 48 hours. After the product has been picked up.
- The return conditions are applicable as mentioned above.
